Returns & Exchanges

At Nude Project, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and size exchanges. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Access the Portal

  Visit our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
